Really good Hospitality and Comfort
cleaning service free shuttle helpful staff comfortable bed
The room cleaning service was excellent. The housekeeper kept everything super clean. The free shuttle to the shopping center was very convenient. Staff members seemed genuinely happy to assist, a welcome change. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.. a great feature for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet could use more variety.

helpful staff metro proximity shuttle service
The hotel staff was consistently helpful. They swiftly addressed all my needs. The proximity to the metro station proved convenient. I found it easy to travel throughout the city. I also used the complimentary shuttle service to access the beach and the main shopping centers.
The elevators experienced occasional delays.

blocked view rude staff
The breakfast offered a great variety of food.
The images online did not match reality. I saw no skyline views because new buildings blocked the view. Staff seemed trained to disagree with customers. Some were rude, and I found no real customer service skills.

rooftop pool area metro station easy access bathroom space slow response missing towels
I felt the location was convenient, especially with the metro station just five minutes away. Getting around the city was very easy. The rooftop pool area was lovely. When I asked for something from the restaurant downstairs, the server was quick and helpful. The breakfast was also plentiful. I found many options.
I had some issues with the bathroom space. Moving around in it felt difficult. I had to ask for towels. They were not immediately available in my room. I also felt the response to client requests was slow.

Excellent Hotel Experience
friendly staff clean room convenient transportation
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well kept and clean. The courtesy buses to the beach and the mall provided convenient transportation, though the metro is close by.
The telephone operator was unresponsive when I tried to reach them multiple times. After several attempts to contact them for assistance, I had to personally retrieve an item to my room, not ideal.

Breakfast offered good variety, though the coffee quality could improve. The breakfast chef clearly put in the effort, with complete and fresh options available. The buffet area was always well-staffed and looked after.

The staff helped with a smooth check-in. They facilitated everything. They assisted in preparing for a bit late checkout. Breakfast had a cook who made perfect egg meals of my choice.
